I’ve been coming here for my eyebrows since 2009 (12 years old) and I have loved every appointment. First the facility is amazing, the way they have designed it makes me feel warm and welcome. Second the service, absolutely incredible I’m always walking out with such good brows. Lastly my number one favourite of why I think Bessie’s is amazing is the people. This excellent business has got the best ladies working there. They each have a blossoming smile which warms the room up. I always feel so comfortable going there. The massage therapist working today, seemed to be using only 2 fingers to poke and prod at various areas rather than providing a proper massage. He ignored my requests to lighten the pressure and failed to notice my discomfort when I winced in pain. This was the first time during a massage that I contemplated ending it before the 20 minutes were up. In fact, they exceeded my expectations. Their level of service is outstanding. I highly recommend L&O to those who are seeking result-oriented outcome.
