The service at the customer desk here is subpar. I tried to get a price match on a product that was in stock at a competitor's store, as shown on my phone. However, the staff member insisted it wasn't available in their system. After 10 minutes of back and forth, she realized her error in selecting the wrong store. Her attitude was quite rude, no apology offered. It seems like they are unwilling to accommodate price matches. I suggest heading to Papanui, where the customer service is excellent. They managed a price match for me within a minute last week. It took me a good 5 years to grow out my hair. I specifically requested layers, with shorter layers on top. I even brought in 4 reference photos, 2 of which focused on the back. Unfortunately, what I got was long hair on the sides near my temples and ears, with a thick 1 cm layer of long hair at the nape of my neck. The rest at the back was cut short, completely different from what I showed. I basically ended up with a mullet. Fixing this will cost me around $700 for extensions to regain my length.
