Our precious kiwi, Tane, was struck by a car and suffered a severe tail injury, leading to its amputation. Erin and the team showed incredible compassion, support, and expertise throughout the entire process. Tane has now fully recovered, albeit without its tail.

I have done yoga before but never really enjoyed it because I didn't know what I was doing. At enSoul I attended the Beginners' Course, an 8 week programme that takes participants slowly through how to do the basic poses/Vinyasa flow. This not only gave me confidence but enabled me to manage my own practice which I find is key to enjoying yoga. There's no need to look at others to work out what I should be doing - I just tune into the voice of the instructor. Now, over two years later, yoga at enSoul is an important part of my life providing not only strength and conditioning exercise, but a time for me to really be in the moment and to 're-set' myself. I've been a patron here for years due to the low cost and decent haircuts. However, after yesterday, I will never return.
The barber was confrontational from the moment I stepped in.
She mentioned she was just about to head for lunch, but I apparently disrupted her, and it was my fault...supposedly. Things escalated when I mentioned that midday lunchtime might be a busy period. It only worsened from there, and twice I contemplated leaving the chair and walking out because of her impoliteness and negativity towards me. I'm not sure what her issue was, perhaps she was just having a rough day? Speaking of rough days, my trim was the worst I've had from her!
