I have done yoga before but never really enjoyed it because I didn't know what I was doing. At enSoul I attended the Beginners' Course, an 8 week programme that takes participants slowly through how to do the basic poses/Vinyasa flow. This not only gave me confidence but enabled me to manage my own practice which I find is key to enjoying yoga. There's no need to look at others to work out what I should be doing - I just tune into the voice of the instructor. Now, over two years later, yoga at enSoul is an important part of my life providing not only strength and conditioning exercise, but a time for me to really be in the moment and to 're-set' myself.
