I've had three awful encounters at this establishment. Manager's customer service is abysmal, rude and unsympathetic. Staff pressured to push payment plans, and charge for missed appointments. Constant harassment through texts, emails, and calls to confirm appointments. Perhaps other Caci clinics are better, but this one is dreadful. I forgot a part of my prescription, and the chap dropped it off in my mailbox after his shift. Furthermore, he provided me with valuable advice regarding an ointment I use, something that several chemists who had dispensed it to me previously had not bothered to inquire about or offer guidance on. What a dreadful ordeal. I made a reservation about six weeks ago after seeing their rave reviews, clearly explaining my preferences in advance. When I arrived (punctual) on the day, the woman (whom I assume is the proprietor) informed me she didn't have time for my request due to the holiday rush and rushed me to pick something else. She then proceeded to give me a completely different treatment from what I had asked for. I wanted SNS but got gel, she caused discomfort to my cuticles and botched a French design. There was excessive glue residue on my nails that felt unpleasant, with the excuse that she couldn't see properly (?). The nail finish was shoddy, resembling the work of a novice. I shelled out 90 NZD for that!! The letdown was beyond words.
