A young individual worked on my nails, each with a unique shape. Asked for almond nails, but some sides were missed and appeared rough. Received many recommendations for this place. Felt like we were inconveniencing them, rushed job to finish quickly. Some nails have bumps, and a friend found a hair in theirs. I have been swimming in this pool regularly since it opened. The staff is fantastic, the changing rooms and showers are always clean. The pool itself is crystal clear, and the fact that there are free spas available with your swim is a great bonus that you don't find at most pools. Keep up the excellent work! Absolutely the worst hair color I've ever had. Do not recommend at all. When I expressed my dissatisfaction at the salon, I was given a tiny bottle of clarifying shampoo and sent away. I showed a picture and asked for cool-toned highlights and lowlights, but ended up with gray hair that makes me look older than my mum. I'm devastated and they refuse to correct it. It's embarrassing to go out now, I'll have to find another salon to fix it. Terrible customer service. Avoid at all costs, not worth the money or the trouble.
