No expected foot scrub to remove thickened heel skin
Nails filed back and forth with a dirty file and cut unevenly.
Two overly thick layers of polish on toes
Noticed after five minutes on the fingernails that used, unsterilized equipment...clippers, old worn files
Upon returning home, had to remove the poor-quality polish, after negotiating a $50 refund for the most basic job.
