Cameron Monk is a top-notch physiotherapist, dedicated to ensuring your full recovery efficiently. No time wasted. This was crucial for me as I had been seeing another physio for possibly over half a year with no improvement in my back condition. However, after just one session with Cameron, I noticed a significant difference! She introduced me to the McKenzie method, which I found fascinating. Farewell chiropractic visits for me. Although my previous chiropractor provided temporary relief, my muscles kept pulling me out of alignment. Switching to physiotherapy was a game-changer, and I was amazed to be back to my normal activities with minimal discomfort after consulting with Cameron. I am so grateful to have found Kahu. My neck and shoulders were constantly tense and tight. I was getting massages once a week which was only temporary relief from the pain and tension.
The worst pain was in my jaw. After years of constant clenching, my jaw was so tight and I could find no relief.
From the first session with Kahu after being recommended to the clinic by a friend, I left feeling an instant improvement. After visiting over a few weeks, the progress made is life changing.
While my neck and shoulders are now free of pain and tension, my jaw is 95% there (given I’m still clenching, it may never get to 100% unless I can stop). I feel a good inch taller!
Kahu has been so amazing on this journey with me. They celebrate the progress and obviously love what they do.
