Not a fan of the party room experience. Upon arrival, the table was sticky, and the tablecloths seemed unchanged for a while. Additionally, there was leftover rubbish in the bin from a previous event, yet guests are asked to leave 30 minutes early for cleaning. Quite disappointing. However, it's disheartening to hear that a staff member at the self-checkouts always asks one of my sons to move away from the other while making purchases, assuming they may be stealing. My kids have never engaged in such behavior, so this treatment is unwarranted and unacceptable. It's curious how this scrutiny is not applied to adults or when I accompany my children. Visited a few times, even after moving away. Our son got a bad haircut last time, and I specifically asked not to cut more than 4 inches off our daughter's hair. The stylist seemed quite pleased with what appeared to be 6-7 inches off. Our daughter had such lovely long hair before.
