It felt as though I was speaking a foreign tongue when I relayed my desires to the stylist. She nodded as if comprehending, only to hack away at my locks like an amateur barber-in-training. Her lash skills are top-notch 😮💨 I've been going to Hayley for my lashes for nearly two years and haven't found anyone better.
