Visited for a 30-minute massage. The chair portion was wonderful! However, once we transitioned to lying down for my back, things took a turn. I could feel their phone vibrating, leading them to pause and respond to texts. This occurred multiple times (around 10 instances), and I didn't receive adequate pressure on my back. I felt too hesitant to address it during the session and was surprised by the continuous interruptions. He clearly communicated his preferences, but you disregarded them. Even after he expressed his dissatisfaction, you still demanded $40 for your mistake.
