Had a dreadful experience, previously had SNS on my nails, one broke short. Showed it to the nail tech, asked her to be gentle, still attached to my skin. She filed the top, then ripped off the broken nail, got an acrylic tip to rip the rest. Broke three other nails, healthy and strong, should've stayed intact with proper removal. Aware it caused discomfort, I mentioned being used to soaking off, but she continued, tried to charge $20 for removal! Never returning here. Sarah is absolutely outstanding at what she does. From the moment you meet her and enter her welcoming and elegant space, you are greeted with her warm and kind demeanor. Sarah is professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and supportive. Her treatments are top-notch, and I have received numerous compliments on the 'dewy' and healthy appearance of my skin. The treatments and products leave my skin feeling nourished, and the results are visibly impressive. Additionally, the prices are very reasonable. I eagerly anticipate my monthly treatments and never feel rushed; in fact, quite the opposite! Sarah patiently addresses all my inquiries. It truly is a luxurious experience. Throughout the many years of receiving facials, I have never been as impressed as I am by Sarah. 🙏💕 I highly recommend her services.

I had a rather unpleasant experience today! I couldn't fathom why the staff kept eyeing me everywhere I went in the store. It felt like they viewed me as a potential thief the moment I stepped in! Their constant scrutiny completely killed my desire to make any purchases. It was truly irksome and off-putting. The team is incredibly friendly and attentive to all your needs. The massage was thorough and the pressure was just perfect. The warm towels were a delight on our tired bodies.
