Absolutely shocking service. We had a scheduled meeting at 5 pm with the owner, but he was preoccupied with another individual. He then proceeded to attend to another client, completely disregarding our presence as if we were invisible. By 5.30 pm, when our patience had worn thin, he nonchalantly informed us that we would have to wait another 10 minutes. It was clear he was not familiar with the high standards of customer service in New Zealand. Appalling. I would recommend avoiding this establishment if possible. We decided to leave, and he displayed no sign of remorse. Visited for a 30-minute massage. The chair portion was wonderful! However, once we transitioned to lying down for my back, things took a turn. I could feel their phone vibrating, leading them to pause and respond to texts. This occurred multiple times (around 10 instances), and I didn't receive adequate pressure on my back. I felt too hesitant to address it during the session and was surprised by the continuous interruptions.
