I came in wanting a change of colour (dark brown to a lighter shade for more dimension). Tane was so accommodating and kindly extended my session to do it. Communicating what I wanted was so simple. They understood it right away and showed me images to confirm while explaining the process. The end result was exactly what I requested, but thanks to their expertise in color, my expectations were surpassed. Definitely one of the most skilled hair stylists I've ever had!!!! :)

The manicurist thinned the polish with liquid in front of me because it was poor quality.
