Just popping into Rotorua for the weekend, keen to freshen up my hair. Stumbled upon a salon and was fortunate that Sarah had a free spot to style my hair right away. She was delightful and did an amazing job cutting and styling my hair with beautiful curls. My partner was full of praise. Definitely recommend.

The staff is friendly and helpful and has all the electronic gadgets, accessories and household items you need. We stopped here on Boxing day and it was really good experience. We were in and out of the shop in 10 minutes. Shannon did a fantastic job with my lash lift. Have tried other lash lifts but the work she did on mine was exceptional. Very warm and informative. Will definitely be returning - my lashes look fabulous.

Just had the most rejuvenating and luxurious facial and massage at Aroha's tranquil rural studio. I usually have Aroha do my brows at home (she does an outstanding job) but today I treated myself to a studio session. The peaceful and serene atmosphere really enhanced the experience. I practically floated out the door when it was all done! Thank you Aroha. 10/10 highly recommend.

I scheduled an appointment with Te Aroha while in Rotorua for a break and she was outstanding. She was very detailed in my consultation and managed my expectations realistically. She did a fantastic job especially since she was dealing with a color correction from a darker shade before. Forgot to snap a before pic so used an old one to show how bad my regrowth was and how coppery the previous color looked.
I would absolutely come back to the salon and highly recommend Te Aroha. Mere (the salon manager) was also really warm and took the time to introduce herself and chat about where I was from, which was lovely. Big thanks to the team ♥️About
