Had the joy of popping in while journeying. Wish I was close by as I would have adored to return as the bus and members were so inviting and cheerful to assist. Rare to locate such a joyful, and welcoming atmosphere to train in when journeying. The workout was challenging, but well arranged in a small area. Also simple to book your class online and they were prompt and responsive with a confirmation email; and were more than glad to assist with any queries I had before the session. Just popping into Rotorua for the weekend, keen to freshen up my hair. Stumbled upon a salon and was fortunate that Sarah had a free spot to style my hair right away. She was delightful and did an amazing job cutting and styling my hair with beautiful curls. My partner was full of praise. Definitely recommend.

Had an uncomfortable experience, lacking professionalism in certain aspects. Noticed tension between them and their partner during discussions in Te Reo Māori. Disappointed by the lack of consultation, delayed timings, and not receiving the home address beforehand. Felt rushed, and received advice on skin complexion after the tattoo was completed, not before. Despite following their work for years and having high expectations, the final piece didn't meet my hopes. Regretful that my first Ta moko, meant to be deeply meaningful, didn't turn out as expected. While the tattoo is beautiful, it doesn't evoke pride or positive feedback. Considering options like laser removal or seeking help elsewhere to rectify it. This is simply my personal experience, no ill will towards them or their work. I had long hair and decided to get a haircut. I asked for a healthy trim, face-framing layers, and sought advice on adding layers. I was informed the cut would reach my mid-back. However, I ended up with shoulder-length hair (shorter than expected), uneven thick layers, and the stylist, Anita, displayed a passive-aggressive attitude. I returned a few days later to another stylist named Tia, who fixed the uneven layers and cleaned up the mess left behind. Tia even discovered 4cm pieces cut in the previous appointment and handled the situation with empathy. Though I now have shoulder-length hair with uneven patches, I had a positive experience with Tia. I do not recommend Anita, but the other staff members were pleasant.About
