I participated in the shiatsu introductory course in October 2022. Winter is a wonderful instructor, intuitive, connected, and creates a warm, inviting environment. The meals prepared on-site by Jess are absolutely delightful. Delving into meridians and our connection to nature's elements was truly fascinating.
As it mostly involves sitting or kneeling on the floor, it may not be ideal if that is challenging for you, but the learning experience is still immense.
