I participated in the shiatsu introductory course in October 2022. Winter is a wonderful instructor, intuitive, connected, and creates a warm, inviting environment. The meals prepared on-site by Jess are absolutely delightful. Delving into meridians and our connection to nature's elements was truly fascinating.
As it mostly involves sitting or kneeling on the floor, it may not be ideal if that is challenging for you, but the learning experience is still immense. Visited this place for my regular waxes when I arrived from Australia and always had a top-notch experience! Mackenzie is incredibly kind, hilariously funny, and highly professional. The sugar wax she used was super effective in hair removal without irritating my skin. She was very meticulous and always made sure every visible hair was gone.
