I studied in 2023. This campus is a mess, terribly unprofessional and disorganized. A friend passed away this year after completing beauty level 3, but her family still hasn't received her graduation papers. Awful communication and lack of respect for those who deserve it. Tui styles my hair there and I absolutely adore her mahi, she's always upfront about what's doable and is up for any change I fancy. She's also the only one who's ever nailed my trims every single time.

Visited on the way up to Wellington to see a mate off after her New Zealand trip.
Had her first tattoo done at this studio 3 weeks before today's visit.
Told the guy at the front desk we were making a detour via Mount Maunganui (1.5h) to catch a flight to Wellington, but the owner showed no empathy or concern for the customer, regarding a touch-up that would have taken just minutes (tattoo size was only 20mm).
After mentioning our travel plans, his response was: "Tattoo looks good, safe travels."

I just got a fresh piercing at Keen On Piercing and it was top-notch! The shop was spotless and tidy, and the welcome was warm. Taylor, my piercer, was absolutely fantastic. They made me feel relaxed and were a joy to be around.
