Always exceptional service at Vivo Upper Hutt. All the folks are fantastic. I only visit the salon around twice a year and always leave content. I had a pleasant chat with Willow during my last appointment. The online booking system could use some improvements as my messages never seem to reach the salon. Some time back, I scheduled 2 appointments under my name and mentioned in the notes that one was for my mum (visiting from overseas), yet my second appointment got canceled somehow. Olivia is incredibly kind and was extremely understanding with my overly enthusiastic big pup; it can be quite overwhelming to visit the vet when your dog easily gets overexcited. Olivia not only stepped outside to greet my pup, but she took her time during the examination. I never felt pressured to hurry out because my pup was causing a commotion; instead, we felt welcomed and my pup received plenty of treats and lick mats to relax, allowing us to complete the assessment. Being a visitor, I didn't realize it was pay for parking since I frequent the Lower Hutt shopping centre often. To top it off, they even delivered my latest prescription to my doorstep!
