Claire is absolutely amazing! I had never heard of Myofascial Release before meeting Claire, but I am completely converted and highly recommend it. Claire is incredibly attuned to my body and is a true professional, always knowing exactly where she needs to focus. She is always welcoming and ready for a chat, and I always leave feeling rejuvenated! I just wish her appointments could be longer than an hour; I could spend all day on her cozy heated massage table!

I cannot so too much about the facial as was so relaxed think I may have dozed off. Certainly felt great.
The stone bath was one of self-indulgence. Just laying there looking down to the beach was sublime. Tried to think deep and meaningful thoughts but ended up staring out to sea and watching the waves.

She managed to squeeze me in the very next day, attentively listened to my issues and thoroughly explained her approach. I spent an hour with her and she kept me updated throughout the session, explaining her techniques. After 3 sessions, one week apart, my pain has completely disappeared! Instead of inquiring if I needed assistance, they chose to ignore me. She was impolite, uncooperative, and indifferent. Just because I was coughing into my arm, due to my recent severe asthma episode. She discriminated against me for having asthma. It's winter, people get ill, believe me!
