My spouse and I purchased bubble tea from Lulu’s, and it was among the best we've ever had. They have a limited selection of flavors, but we can vouch for the original and taro being exceptionally delicious! We asked for less sweetness and ice, and they accommodated our request. You can choose between regular size ($7.99) or large (+$2) with an additional $1 for boba. In total, we spent around ~$18. The staff is friendly, and browsing the grocery store while waiting adds to the experience.
