As a former athlete, I've had loads of Physio over the years and can confidently say this place is the best experience I've ever had. Everything from the admin team, the booking system through to Lucy the physio who is helping me navigate two injuries. Lucy diagnosed very quickly, referred out when appropriate and gets hands-on in the gym walking me through the exercises. Absolutely amazing
The entire experience was enchanting. The location is extraordinary and you can feel the love put into it. The team ensures you have a fantastic time and they are delightful.
The vista from the hot springs is breathtaking, that lake adds even more serenity.
They serve you herbal tea at the conclusion of the experience to warm you up. A definite 10/10.
We will definitely return!

Mixed feelings. Went in at 6:30 one evening to pick up rented ski gear (was told that was enough time as they close at 7) but the security gate was shut.
