Excellent service! I dropped by to send off a couple of parcels on Sunday 12th around midday - was assisted by a young woman with flowing hair. I left feeling quite let down - I had come all the way from Ireland to attend. The service felt very scripted, with a call-and-response format. The sermon focused on women's day, but lacked any substantial connection to the teachings of the Bible. I departed feeling unfulfilled, without a spiritual message to carry me through the week. It seemed like just another congregation gathering, devoid of the presence and celebration of God and the Holy Spirit. A disheartening experience! The emphasis was on performances by the choir and displays of religious artifacts... This is now an awesome hair salon with new owners. They've done a fantastic redecoration and the salon looks and feels amazing. Open on the weekends as well which is fantastic. Jane took great care and gave me a superb haircut. I was thrilled with the whole experience and will definitely come back.

I came in for a lash lift and eyebrow shape. The team was super friendly, and the place was impeccably clean. About a week or two after the procedures, I was content with my eyebrow shapes. However, after 5 minutes, the skin around my eyebrows became extremely irritated. By the 2-week mark, my forehead and eyebrow area started breaking out.

I was introduced to Synergy Fitness by a colleague who couldn’t speak highly enough of both the trainers and the Gym. I never really liked the whole gym environment, but went and had a look, signed up and haven’t looked back.
The Trainers are awesome, they will happily adapt to different fitness/ability levels and are super encouraging and the general atmosphere is fun, friendly and supportive. I had my hair styled and colored by Jade and goodness, I'm a huge fan of hers. My hair was a complete mess before, and she transformed it beautifully, I'm absolutely thrilled with the result! AND she made the whole process enjoyable (never once did she criticize my hair that resembled a cheap, neglected discount store wig), plus I swear getting summery blonde highlights in winter is a remedy for seasonal blues... Performed really well and accommodated me slightly earlier than my appointment. TV with music videos playing continuously, which is a nice touch to just relax and watch. I was impressed with the final outcome and the pricing. Will definitely return as it's conveniently located near my workplace. Unsure if their parking is also impacted by the council's parking changes, so be aware that you might struggle to find a spot if you drive here.
Edit - revised to 3 stars after multiple visits, I can now confirm it's inconsistent. It's evident that the service falters when (I presume) the proprietor is absent. One individual rushed through my nails and it looked awful. She kept answering personal calls and midway through, someone else took over. Several staff members were loudly engrossed in their own activities on their phones, creating a noisy and unrelaxing atmosphere.
