Outstanding chemist. I got all my Covid jabs at Wellworks. Incredibly caring, well-coordinated, and professional staff. I also refill my regular prescriptions here, all the staff are consistently helpful and effectively liaise with my medical centre and other chemists to ensure I receive the best possible care. They provide a text service for medication availability updates and even sent me supplies via courier when needed. Inconsistent. Carla (owner) is exceptional in her verbal cues and tone during class. Carla truly embodies the essence of the practice. However, this is not consistent among all the instructors. The response given was "one must find their own way and be self-sufficient in practice." In my opinion, this misses the mark. If teachers lean more towards a motivational gym approach, I would prefer they are upfront about it on the schedule so I can make an informed choice. A disappointing experience. I adore getting my hair done at Forever Young! Such a peaceful atmosphere, and Jamie is such a skilled stylist (colour; highlights; cut - she's the best!). I always leave feeling EXTREMELY happy with my hair. Did I mention the amazing head massages?! (These are optional for those who don't like them - apparently this is a thing???). The salon is also next to a nail salon, so simple to get hair and nails done on the same day. Easy parking on Bay road, and cafes and shops nearby to visit when you're done to flaunt your new style. They're also super accommodating if you have little ones that need to come with you. I take a dip in the hydrotherapy pool with my crew. The water is always warm and has a bit of a flow, which is cool. I love my swim every time. The pool team are happy to lend us noodles and swim jackets if we want, and they'll fetch them if they're put away. They're always kind and polite. Once, a swimmer from another area banged on our doors while we were changing. The staff took him back and said sorry, assuring it wouldn't happen again. And it hasn't. What I adore about this pool is the clock on the wall with the right time. It's up high so everyone can see clearly.
