I went for consultation in Wellington for a neck lift. Was told could be done through liposuction. Paid many thousands of dollars for treatment, followed all instructions, no improvement. Vein and Skin got her back for an assessment then suggested chemical injections, free, they did not work either. We were then told that that was it, no more treatments, it is what it is. we are very dissatisfied with the results. Over 19 months later there is no change from pre-operation After months of pain and discomfort there is no improvement from pre-operation. Very unhappy. Staff were very friendly, but we feel that an offer of money back would have been appropriate in this instance. A lot of money for no gain.About
