My hair was a mess after visiting this place. I asked for a simple trim, but the guy didn't listen and kept cutting. When I finally saw the result, it was terrible. He then had the audacity to tell me this place is for men, not women, and demanded money. First time ever visiting a Vivo Salon and I'm so glad I booked here at the Lambton salon and was lucky enough to be booked in with Chloe, who did an absolutely amazing job with my hair!! I have been bleaching my hair for sometime and wanted to add some depth, Chloe knew the look I was after straight away after a brief chat and nailed the colour/toner and cut I was after! Walked away feeling so happy and lucky that I have found a skilled and nice hairdresser - Thanks so much Chloe, can't wait for my next appointment!
