For half a year now, I've been going to face-to-face Feldenkrais classes once a week with Sue Field. Sue is a top-notch tutor - she's super wise and intuitive. She truly makes an effort to bond with her pupils. The classes run for an hour and usually involve lying on mats on the floor while Sue leads us through gentle exercises. Sue always sends us emails post-class to recap what we worked on, which I find very useful!About

Never had one before (saw it on social media) and it combines all the best parts of a massage with a really thorough hair wash and scalp care that's far beyond a basic hairdresser wash/head massage.
