Jay is an amazing therapist! She took the time to listen to areas of concerns and provided some aftercare advice with stretches that have really helped. I had a massage pre-booked before I tweak my neck and wasn’t able to turn it to the right. Inconsistent. Carla (owner) is exceptional in her verbal cues and tone during class. Carla truly embodies the essence of the practice. However, this is not consistent among all the instructors. The response given was "one must find their own way and be self-sufficient in practice." In my opinion, this misses the mark. If teachers lean more towards a motivational gym approach, I would prefer they are upfront about it on the schedule so I can make an informed choice. A disappointing experience.
