Absolutely dreadful. Waited nearly 3 hours for a haircut that never happened (got it in 5 mins from Ray’s around the corner). Spent my time watching one worker barely moving and the other man lazily on his phone, despite a long line of customers. After a single 40-minute cut, he took a food break, while we waited into our 3rd hour. This is now an awesome hair salon with new owners. They've done a fantastic redecoration and the salon looks and feels amazing. Open on the weekends as well which is fantastic. Jane took great care and gave me a superb haircut. I was thrilled with the whole experience and will definitely come back.
