It's challenging to find a hairdresser who not only listens but also delivers results. I've been seeing Sam since relocating to Whanganui and I can't find a flaw in him and the team. They take the time to listen and consistently deliver results. Outstanding service from all the staff, can't say the same about the former owner. I found his service subpar & lackluster. Today I found out he's sold after 20 years. Smart move, time to move on. Let the young ones take over because they provide exceptional service. Hopefully the new owner is young and energetic to support his youthful employees and the Auckland community.
