I was impressed with a handout illustrating where to apply a particular cream on my different trouble spots and clear instructions on what to do. The clinic is tranquil and soothing. The receptionist is efficient and friendly. I went to return 2 sets of pajamas because I had bought the wrong sizes. From the moment I approached the lady at the counter at 9:45 pm, her tone was impolite. I inquired about exchanging the sets for the correct sizes since I had purchased the wrong ones.
I had the bank transaction details from the purchase day, and both sets had their tags intact, although they were missing the price tags attached to the clothes. Despite my explanation, she insisted that I had washed the clothes, which was not the case. Why would I wash them when they were the wrong size from the start?
She proceeded to ignore me and insinuate to another worker that I had indeed washed the items. Throughout the interaction, I received nothing but rude customer service from a middle-aged lady with dyed blonde hair and bangs. Unfortunately, I did not catch her name.
I'm unsure if she was in a rush to go home, but her unprofessional behavior was unwarranted. It's disheartening to witness such conduct from a staff member at the store. This experience was a stark departure from the excellent customer service I had come to expect from this outlet in all my years of shopping there.About
