I would not even suggest this place to my worst enemy. The blanket on the bed was visibly stained and dirty, while the pillow was utterly repulsive. There was a noticeable lack of hygienic cleaning equipment, and the room felt bare and far from sterile, creating an unwelcoming atmosphere. I had major nerves about getting my hair styled. The team was exceptional. They listened to my preferences and offered some suggestions on what would suit me. It's the best haircut I've had in ages. As I was leaving, they gave me some product samples and a voucher for my next visit. All neatly packaged in an envelope with my name on it. I was truly impressed. Fantastic atmosphere and team. Insanely well served salon. First ever Indian salon I actually would recommend going to. Outstanding interior and exterior, hairdresser knew exactly what they were doing. If unsure what cut to get, they recommend and show photos of the cuts they can give. Top customer service with a welcoming entrance.
