Explored for a bit and at least 3 team members inquired if they could assist with anything, all very amiable and not pushy like some stores. When I did request what I desired, the team member actually halted what they were doing to retrieve the item from the cabinet for me. The establishment is incredibly stunning, and the ambiance is delightful. The therapists are truly skilled, and it's always a pleasurable experience... except for today. It's the first time I've been counting down the minutes until the therapy session concluded, the first time I leave with a sore neck, requiring another session to recover, and the first time it's left me with a headache. I'm not sure if the therapist was having a rough day and took it out on me, but it was an awful and highly unadvisable experience. If you're considering visiting this establishment, by all means, do so, I recommend it, but steer clear of FORTUNATE. It felt like she was trying to inflict pain with every touch.
