There is room for improvement here. What happened to the gift wrapping service, or is that only available in other countries? Also, the employee who worked the Saturday shift on 24 September could use some more kindness, courtesy, and friendliness. As a regular customer who has had positive experiences in the past at your other stores, I was taken aback by her attitude. Perhaps she was having a bad day, but some additional training would be beneficial. I purchased a highlights package off Grabone, the stylist seemed confused about what was included in the package. After 20 minutes we clarified what was included and I told him what I wanted (Blonde highlights) and showed him a reference picture. It ended up taking the guy 4.5 hours to do my highlights (I know I have a lot of hair but it has never taken that long to do. By the end of it I was almost crying because he turned my hair a brown ashy colour, which is not what I asked for and I hate it because it makes me look old. Now i'm stuck with this colour for Christmas, my birthday and New Years eve. The staff are friendly and helpful, but they lack knowledge about the products they sell. I asked for the most potent mask for DRY hair, and they recommended the Vitamino Color mask for colored hair, even though it's labeled for colored hair. Unfortunately, it was a waste of money.
