Clean and tidy, but there's room for improvement in customer service, massage techniques, and heating. They focus a lot on upselling without delivering a service that matches the price. The massage felt generic and lacked attention to acupressure points, with a stop-start approach that lacked flow and relaxation. Only one side of the body was massaged while lying face down, unlike other places that offer full-body massages on both sides. The masseuse didn't inquire about pressure preferences or offer hot towels to remove oil. Despite asking multiple times for firmer pressure, it kept reverting to soft. I frequent Wellington and receive a much better service for a lower cost there. The overall experience lacked consideration, and I had to walk barefoot on cold floors between rooms. Despite requesting heating three times, the room remained very cold. I've visited Hine twice now. Both times for a lash lift because she offers the best value for money and delivers exceptional results! The lift lasts so well that I usually book in for another one after about 3 months. Recently, I also had my brows shaped and tinted by her and I absolutely love the outcome! They look so much neater. I popped in last minute to see if they could fit me in and even though it was nearing closing time, Isla was cheerful and able to make it work. As a blonde, I'm quite picky about my brows. It's usually either too light to notice or too dark for my liking. But I genuinely can't fault Isla's service. My brow colour is spot-on and precise. She took her time shaping them, checking in to ensure I was happy with each step. She kept the conversation flowing and was a delight to talk to. I was searching high and low for a place that could help me cover up/fix two failed tattoos from another studio. A lot of salons said they couldn’t help (which is fair enough) but as soon as I sent Inkstitution a message they were more than happy to help! The team (especially Charlie and Ruby) were so kind and patient with me! Charlie did an incredible job covering up a small tattoo for me and made it into something i absolutely love. despite the fact the first session it had a hard heal (my fault) she fixed that up right away in my touch up session and it healed amazingly. It’s amazing how she was able to turn something I was so insecure about into something I am so proud to now have on my body. They were both so patient, communicating to me and keeping me calm through the part where the tattoo had a hard heal the first time, Ruby (who I assume runs the socials on Instagram) also is super onto it with replying to messages!! The environment is something else, they all look like they have such a great team relationship overall. I cannot wait to eventually come back and I couldn’t recommend a place more!About

I adore the work Taryn did on my lashes. They look stunning and lasted remarkably well. The studio is delightful, and the service is both warm and professional. I will definitely return soon for more of these lovely enhancements.
