I wouldn't even give a single star. My nail appointment was a disaster. I had paid for dipping powder, but they didn't have any colors available when I got there. Why offer a service you can't provide? I explained the situation, and they showed me four awful colors. I decided to go with gel instead, but then there was a price difference issue. They offered to do any nail art to make up for it, but the lady there didn't understand me well, so I had to talk to someone else on the phone. I asked for an ombre manicure, but what I got was completely different and terrible. The shape was off, and it took an hour just to remove my previous SNS nails. I spent about three hours there, and two days later, the polish was already coming off. When I called to get it fixed, they said they were fully booked on Saturday. My natural nails are now breaking, and I feel like I wasted my money and time. Terrible service and a horrible experience overall. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere.About

This location has given my partner false information regarding pricing. Initially, they were told that liquid nitrogen (for a small mole) would cost $90 with a complimentary follow-up if necessary. The liquid nitrogen procedure, performed by a nurse, only took 5 minutes. When trying to schedule the "free" follow-up because the nurse missed a spot, the reception now states that the follow-up (another 5 minutes) will cost an additional $60! At this rate, we could have just paid for surgical removal in one go. Please be more upfront with your patients. I had the Keratin treatment and I needed it badly. My split ends were crazy because I had been traveling a lot and didn't have time to cut it or treat it for a while. She treated my hair so gentle and she even gave me a head massage!
