Emma is a fantastic conversationalist and creates a non-judgmental atmosphere - no matter your skin concerns. What sets them apart is their lack of pushy sales tactics, which I deeply appreciate as a younger(ish) client. I've had a variety of treatments including peels and facials. It's a shame I'm relocating abroad because otherwise, I'd continue visiting her :-) The crew are equally fantastic, I can't recall the kind lady who styled my hair but it looks incredible & thank you for the kind words about my hair!
