Lack of knowledge. Unfortunately, my experience here was subpar... I popped into this pharmacy on my way down south to grab some emergency ventolin, which I've done at other pharmacies previously. I was refused this service and informed that it wasn't doable over the counter (or anywhere in Aotearoa).... okay

What's going on with the food at Robert Harris? It used to be our favorite spot for a delicious brunch or lunch.
My spouse had the naked burger twice before, but this time it was nowhere near the quality or size of the previous ones. The chips were limp and lacked flavor. Only one small piece of bacon compared to the two or three pieces in the past. I opted for the hot cakes, but they tasted like store-bought ones. The bacon was quite tough. Overall, a major letdown. We won't be returning. The facial was amazing but....the issue arose when I had reserved the Ruralco half price deal - I booked online and corresponded via email with a lovely lady. When it was time to pay, no one was aware of the special... No one knew how to access the emails - quite awkward for all involved. I had to dig up the email exchange on my phone - did manage to convince them of the offer but was still charged $80 (full price of $160) when the website I booked on stated $145. Definitely not the way to treat a new customer. Had used Beauty Worx years back when Di ran it and absolutely adored the treatments and service. Haven't visited them in a while as I no longer work in Ashburton but decided to give the new business a try. Certainly won't be returning and won't be recommending.About
