The facial was amazing but....the issue arose when I had reserved the Ruralco half price deal - I booked online and corresponded via email with a lovely lady. When it was time to pay, no one was aware of the special... No one knew how to access the emails - quite awkward for all involved. I had to dig up the email exchange on my phone - did manage to convince them of the offer but was still charged $80 (full price of $160) when the website I booked on stated $145. Definitely not the way to treat a new customer. Had used Beauty Worx years back when Di ran it and absolutely adored the treatments and service. Haven't visited them in a while as I no longer work in Ashburton but decided to give the new business a try. Certainly won't be returning and won't be recommending.About

Enjoyed watching netball, the courts are in good condition. The pools are nice, but it's a shame there aren't any hydroslides. Parking is excellent and plentiful. It's unfortunate that the name doesn't clearly indicate what the place is. My recent trip to Postie Ashburton didn't meet expectations. While the store has a decent product range, the customer experience fell short. The staff's overt monitoring made me feel unwelcome and uneasy, as if I was under unnecessary suspicion. While I understand the need for security, the way it was handled lacked in customer service. I left feeling frustrated and disinclined to return.
