Received an e-file manicure with gel polish. Highly recommend this place, service was clean and meticulous. Staff were friendly and took great care with manicure. Equipment comes in individual packages, so a new file and scissors is used per manicure, so you don't have to worry about cross contamination between customers. This manicure process involves doing each nail individually, so it takes longer than usual manicures. The place itself was clean and very organized. Very lovely sauna and always buzzing. Been a regular here for a couple of years now and it never lets me down. Always plenty of folks around, even on weekdays. Interior is tidy and neat. The spa is cozy and inviting. Spacious steam room and sauna. Enjoyable movie room to chill in and complimentary coffee. They also have a small shop where you can grab noodles and chips. The staff are consistently welcoming. The music is always on point. I used to frequent the one in Auckland but it shut down. This one is way better than Te Anau.
