I would rate it 4 stars, not 5. Anna, the masseuse, is exceptional and exudes kindness and joy. Her pleasant demeanor enhances her work. During my 90-minute massage, she effectively addressed pressure points and provided a facial and toe nail painting, offering helpful suggestions. However, the makeshift arrangement with two cabins separated by a moving curtain detracted from the experience. The sound of another client snoring loudly was disruptive, and the shared space felt cramped. Despite the cleanliness and pleasant environment, improvements are needed to justify the pricing. Terrible customer service with communication. I made a booking on 26th Oct. Received two reminder emails with different times on the same day for my appointment on 11th Nov, but one email had a different person's name? Then, another email was sent to inform me of a 'cancellation'? They rescheduled, and it's now been 4 weeks since my initial contact. I decided to cancel the re-booking altogether as this reflects poorly and speaks volumes about their incompetence. Why would anyone want to use the services of this business if they can't even get it right the first time?
