I switched to Kiara on a mates suggestion after my previous hair stylist closed shop. Being picky, finding a new hairdresser who could meet my high standards was a challenge. However, Kiara has been an excellent choice. She nails the colour, blow dry, and cuts my hair just the way I like it. I always receive heaps of compliments post-visit. The team were incredibly friendly, accommodating, and the food surpassed some of the eateries we'd visited in Wellington and Australia (I've had my fill of poorly cooked squid). I popped in wanting a fringe, but the whole thing turned into a total flop.
First off, I was taken aback when the barber started straightening my hair instead of the usual wet cut.
As he snipped away at my fringe, I noticed it wasn't coming out straight as I'd asked. When I voiced my disappointment and clearly said I didn't want my hair straightened, he seemed lost and resorted to using the iron to create waves.
Things went downhill from there. My fringe was all wonky, and despite him saying it would settle, it didn't. The whole fringe stuck up, making me look daft.About
