Utterly regretting my decision to visit this establishment, went there yesterday for the first time as my usual spot was shut. The individual was on the phone while working on my massage and managing bookings, I thought the massage was meant to be relaxing?? And then she kept leaving the room for some unknown reason. I shelled out $80 for what? The worst massage experience, even the head massage was excruciating she was practically digging into my scalp and causing pain.

Initially uncertain about the entrance due to a lack of clear directions, we made our way up the stairs to a tranquil waiting area. Warmly welcomed by the staff, we felt at ease. Opted for a couple's massage with an additional 15-minute head massage. 75 minutes of pure bliss commenced with a delightful foot scrub. I received a soothing pregnancy massage while my husband enjoyed a robust massage. Time passed swiftly, and we didn't want it to end. The room was cozy, the therapists communicated effectively, and we will definitely rebook when in Auckland!!! I popped in wanting a fringe, but the whole thing turned into a total flop.
First off, I was taken aback when the barber started straightening my hair instead of the usual wet cut.
As he snipped away at my fringe, I noticed it wasn't coming out straight as I'd asked. When I voiced my disappointment and clearly said I didn't want my hair straightened, he seemed lost and resorted to using the iron to create waves.
Things went downhill from there. My fringe was all wonky, and despite him saying it would settle, it didn't. The whole fringe stuck up, making me look daft.About
