My cousin just arrived from abroad, and their English isn't strong. They went to Cut & Style in Sandringham for a quick haircut. Shockingly, it only took 5 minutes, but they were charged $50. This seemed absurd to me, as I've been to many salons, and even for a lady's cut, it's usually $35. I couldn't fathom why they'd charge $50 for a rushed cut. Plus, the quality was poor; it looked terrible, upsetting my cousin.
