To get to Sugar & Mila Depilation at 55 Mead Street, Avondale, Auckland 1026, New Zealand by public transport, take bus number 18 from the city center and get off at the Avondale Train Station. From there, it's a short walk along St Jude Street and then a left onto Mead Street. If driving, head west on Great North Road, turn left onto Rosebank Road, then right onto St Jude Street, and finally left onto Mead Street to reach Sugar & Mila Depilation.

Consistency is lacking here. Despite visiting twice in two years, the quality remains subpar. Today's gel manicure resulted in nails of varying lengths and shapes, despite my request for uniformity. Payment upfront seems to be a tactic to avoid accountability. Save your money and seek professional service elsewhere. Regal Nails St Luke’s staff either lack experience or simply don't care about their work. Look elsewhere for quality.

Absolutely appalled and disgusted by the way a young lady (Pakeha or European with straight hair) treated my 3 year old daughter when she innocently tried out a bike horn while we were looking to buy a bicycle. It is unacceptable to display rudeness and irritation towards a child; customer service skills are clearly lacking. Treating others with respect should be a basic principle. I have never encountered such hostility towards a child before, and I will not be returning to this place. This incident occurred at approximately 1:45pm near the bicycle section on 21 July 2024.
