They excel in hair care and I've also tried their facials, Laser hair reduction treatment, and their exclusive product range. The results are always amazing. The staff is professional and kind. Payment upfront seems to be a tactic to avoid accountability. Save your money and seek professional service elsewhere. Regal Nails St Luke’s staff either lack experience or simply don't care about their work. Look elsewhere for quality.

I booked an hour of traditional massage as it was conveniently located near my place. The establishment seemed a bit worn out, and the masseuse immediately asked for payment before leading me to a room. I wasn't sure if the linens had been changed as there was a strange smell. There was no introduction or inquiry about any specific areas needing attention. It was a very basic experience, so don't expect any welcome drinks, foot baths, or a calming atmosphere. The massage itself felt rudimentary, as if she just wanted to finish quickly. She was quite rough around my surgical area despite me informing her about it. There was no foot massage included, and she even left me alone to answer the door and chat for 5 minutes. The massage ended after 45 minutes even though I paid for an hour. There was no soothing tea offered. I would suggest looking elsewhere for a relaxing massage. I returned with the faulty watch to the store and spent over an hour resolving the issue, seems like they are selling faulty products.
