I had a really good experience here. I got my vaccine at St Luke’s Life Pharmacy the other day and was well taken care of. The bloke who served me was nice and the vaccinator Alex was really cool (I am needle phobic and can get quite dizzy) I was able to lie down and it went fine. Then one of the pharmacists Zara came to check on me and brought me some water. I was totally fine thanks to them the experience was easy.About

Absolutely appalled and disgusted by the way a young lady (Pakeha or European with straight hair) treated my 3 year old daughter when she innocently tried out a bike horn while we were looking to buy a bicycle. It is unacceptable to display rudeness and irritation towards a child; customer service skills are clearly lacking. Treating others with respect should be a basic principle. I have never encountered such hostility towards a child before, and I will not be returning to this place. This incident occurred at approximately 1:45pm near the bicycle section on 21 July 2024.

I went to get my hair dyed. Sat for 15 minutes, answered all her queries, but the stylist refused to color my hair due to a previous Keratin Treatment, even though it had been over 8 months. Then she demanded $50 for bleach that wasn't even used. When I refused, she became aggressive and argued with me. I left without paying, but I won't recommend this salon to anyone.
