Purchased a Pounamu watch a week ago, it was a birthday gift for one of my closest mates. I double-checked with the team that it's functioning. I couldn't inspect it myself as they had it wrapped and handed it to me. A week later, my mate called me and informed me that the watch I gifted isn't working. I felt incredibly embarrassed. I returned with the faulty watch to the store and spent over an hour resolving the issue, seems like they are selling faulty products. I went to get my hair dyed. Sat for 15 minutes, answered all her queries, but the stylist refused to color my hair due to a previous Keratin Treatment, even though it had been over 8 months. Then she demanded $50 for bleach that wasn't even used. When I refused, she became aggressive and argued with me. I left without paying, but I won't recommend this salon to anyone.
