It seems like many folks have encountered the same problem. I visited this salon for a haircut, and the stylist cut my hair way too short and unevenly. I ended up with three distinct chunks of varying lengths side by side. I lodged a complaint but didn't want to return to 'fix' it since my hair was already shorter than what I requested, and I didn't want more cut off. These stylists clearly don't grasp their customers' desires, given the numerous reviews lamenting excessively short and thin haircuts. To be brutally honest, this was the most dreadful haircut I've ever received, and I no longer trust hairdressers. I'll be handling my own hair from now on. On the positive side, this experience will save me a lot of money in the long run since it has led me to blacklist the industry for good. I booked an hour of traditional massage as it was conveniently located near my place. The establishment seemed a bit worn out, and the masseuse immediately asked for payment before leading me to a room. I wasn't sure if the linens had been changed as there was a strange smell. There was no introduction or inquiry about any specific areas needing attention. It was a very basic experience, so don't expect any welcome drinks, foot baths, or a calming atmosphere. The massage itself felt rudimentary, as if she just wanted to finish quickly. She was quite rough around my surgical area despite me informing her about it. There was no foot massage included, and she even left me alone to answer the door and chat for 5 minutes. The massage ended after 45 minutes even though I paid for an hour. There was no soothing tea offered. I would suggest looking elsewhere for a relaxing massage.
