I have been coming to Unique Cuts ever since Dana has been working there. Every time I leave feeling fresh with a top of the line cut. My hair is styled perfectly as requested and my beard is trimmed to the same standard. I went to get my hair dyed. Sat for 15 minutes, answered all her queries, but the stylist refused to color my hair due to a previous Keratin Treatment, even though it had been over 8 months. Then she demanded $50 for bleach that wasn't even used. When I refused, she became aggressive and argued with me. I left without paying, but I won't recommend this salon to anyone. I booked an hour of traditional massage as it was conveniently located near my place. The establishment seemed a bit worn out, and the masseuse immediately asked for payment before leading me to a room. I wasn't sure if the linens had been changed as there was a strange smell. There was no introduction or inquiry about any specific areas needing attention. It was a very basic experience, so don't expect any welcome drinks, foot baths, or a calming atmosphere. The massage itself felt rudimentary, as if she just wanted to finish quickly. She was quite rough around my surgical area despite me informing her about it. There was no foot massage included, and she even left me alone to answer the door and chat for 5 minutes. The massage ended after 45 minutes even though I paid for an hour. There was no soothing tea offered. I would suggest looking elsewhere for a relaxing massage.
