Absolutely amazing time! Got a conch and another helix piercing today by a wonderful piercer named Tane, and there was another piercer in the room (didn’t catch their name) who was sterilising piercings and tools; both of them were incredibly engaging and knowledgeable about the piercing process (chatted about piercings, reasons for getting them, the extreme sterility measures, etc). The piercings themselves also look fantastic, and the aftercare advice will ensure they heal properly (in the photos, sorry for the AirPods haha). Overall, my sibling and I (who came in for company, not a piercing) were impressed by everything in the store. Fantastic products, customer service and people! I adore visiting Body Harmony Massage every five weeks. Ngaio has a fantastic understanding of muscles, and hands that are adept at locating and releasing any tight or sore spots. The premises are exceptionally tidy and peaceful, and her prices are very reasonable. The pedicure was decent, using only gel. However, the issue arose with the manicure. I usually opt for SNS nails. They suggested SNS clear base with gel on top. Unfortunately, the SNS wasn't filed smoothly or the edges weren't trimmed near the cuticles. The gel coating was thick, uneven, and didn't cover the tips completely. It started chipping off before I even reached home.
