It's unfortunate that not everyone has had the same positive experience as me, as I highly recommend starting with small areas like the neck and shoulders. Communicate your preferences for pressure levels in advance. If you find relief and feel better after the massage, stick with the same therapist and consider getting more areas treated. Personally, I am pain-free after visiting this place for relief. However, visiting this outlet was possibly one of the worst experiences I've had, from waiting 20 minutes past my appointment time to having to ask the stylist to stop because the cut was nothing like what I requested. I always ask for the same style and it's always been right until this time, where it was completely off. Could be the incompetence of the stylist I had? Overall, wouldn't suggest this branch unless you get a competent staff member for the cut.About

Discussed with the stylist, she was straightforward regarding what she thought and gave her honest opinion about my hair. The conversation throughout the haircut was smooth and you won't feel pressured to talk or feel awkward. While I waited for hair dye to settle in, the stylist even provided me a cushion to rest my arms so I can sit straight and play on my phone. The result is great. Received praises from family when I got home.
