Fantastic quick trims! The owner is awesome. Initially, I felt like the team were a bit distant, not acknowledging customers as they came in, almost like I was invisible. But once it was my turn, they were super friendly. Since it's a walk-in place, I was worried they might not have time, especially with lots of people ahead of me and the shop closing at 5pm. I ended up waiting for a while, feeling a bit anxious. It's unfortunate that not everyone has had the same positive experience as me, as I highly recommend starting with small areas like the neck and shoulders. Communicate your preferences for pressure levels in advance. If you find relief and feel better after the massage, stick with the same therapist and consider getting more areas treated. What sets them apart is their ability to accommodate three people at once, perfect for a girls' day out. The sweet treats at the reception were a nice touch.
