Despite my desire for hair color, she advised against it, being honest and genuinely caring. 2 weeks later, I went for a Hair Keratin treatment... amazing service. The barber appeared to have no concern for basic cleanliness—tools seemed untouched by a cleaner, and shockingly, he used the hair dryer to sweep the floor, pressing it into the dirt. His language was unprofessional, and he lacked customer service skills; it seemed like he had no interest in providing decent service. They offer fantastic advice and create a comfortable environment. Accommodating our group of 5 on the same day was fantastic. My tattoo artist, Petra, did an outstanding job and even touched up a faded tattoo behind my ear. They even removed a stuck earring for me at no extra cost. Other times, you may wander for 10 minutes without being approached. Their prices are fairly average. When I ordered a vanity, the team member was friendly and helpful. I was informed the item was in Wellington and would arrive in 1 or 2 days. Placed the order. Three days later, went in... it hadn't arrived yet. They ended up selling me the display model as I needed it urgently, which was fine, but it had a few marks on it.
