There was a specific staff member (individual with ginger hair, beard, and glasses) who was particularly rude and unhelpful. When inquired about the various types of room deodorizers available, they either did not bother to explain or seemed unaware. Additionally, there has been a significant price hike from $40 to $80 per bottle for a medium-sized bottle of deodorizer, with no official price tags displayed on the shelf. Staff is very lovely and attentive, but even though I specifically asked for one gel extension nail repair, I was persuaded into a full infill. I agreed, and then acrylic backfill was put on my gel extensions! They used a lot of drilling on my already damaged nails. I also had a pedicure, which was fantastic, but the pedicure and backfill together cost $150, which I found to be excessive. Absolutely delicious pizza!
After some initial confusion with the order, we received the correct one and it was spot on! The pizza was reminiscent of Italy (or even better?!) - a thin, crispy base loaded with mushrooms, plant-based chorizo, olives, basil, and a generous serving of vegan cheese. Baked in a stone oven, the result was fantastic and unlike any other pizzas we've had.
Both the texture and flavor were incredibly satisfying, and we're thrilled to have discovered the finest pizza in Wellington!
